e20. Josh Ayers – Cattle, Hogs, and Poultry in Southern Ohio

In this episode of Grazing Grass Podcast, Cal talks with Joshua Ayers of Ayers Valley Farm about his beef cattle hogs and pastured poultry. Joshua was born and raised in Ohio. He and his wife have a pasture operation and specialize in grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, and pasture-raised chicken. They ship the meats all over the United States and have been in the business since 2017.

In this episode, a new section called The Overgrazing Section is also added where Cal takes a deep dive into one of the practices of the guests.
